There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.--Ayn Rand
The Boston-based civil liberties advocate Harvey Silverglate estimates that in 2009, the average American commits about three federal felonies per day. And yet, we aren’t a nation of degenerates. On the contrary, most social indicators have been moving in a positive direction for a generation. Silverglate argues we're committing these crimes unwittingly. The federal criminal code has become so vast and open to interpretation, Silverglate argues, that a U.S. Attorney can find a way to charge just about anyone with violating federal law. In fact, it's nearly impossible for some business owners to comply with one federal regulation without violating another one. We're no longer governed by laws, we're governed by the whims of lawyers.

New York State chief judge Sol Wachtler was famously quoted by Tom Wolfe in The Bonfire of the Vanities that "a grand jury would 'indict a ham sandwich,' if that's what you wanted."
Let's call a "Special Counsel" to investigate the crimes of everyone in the entire Congress. Let's call as "Special Counsel" to investigate all of the crimes of not only the entire Obama administration, though this could take a thousand years, but of the prior three Presidents as well. We'll investigate all of their business dealings just in case we can not discover crimes while in office, however unlikely that would be for Obama, Bush, Clinton and Bush. Besides, each of these Presidents liabilities for Crimes Against Humanity, the list of crimes, the deeply hidden, as well as those relatively obvious, would rip this country's heart out if known and publicly prosecuted. The criminal acts of our past Presidential administrations knows no political party boundaries.
And the Clinton Crime Family, that's a whole level beyond even the most extravagant of conspiracy theorists. The reach of those tainted and corrupted by the Clinton's would fill a New York City phonebook. Think of all of the "suicided" whose souls would rest in peace if justice and rule of law were observed with these insidious ghouls and so the millions not bombed and starved to death in Balkans, Iraq, Libya and Syria. Think of the survivors of terrorist atrocities who would find solace in seeing these greedy, inhumane thugs brought to justice. A "Special Prosecutor" to investigate the Clinton's in their illegal organ harvesting from captured prisoners during the American fostered wars during the implosion of Yugoslavia, and in Syria today. A "Special Prosecutor" to investigate the siphoning off of billions from Clinton's bogus Haiti relief efforts, from this would be declared a national holiday in this poor abused nation. And let us not forget their good friend Laura Silsby who was the recipient of the efforts of the former President and sprung from Haitian prison where she was being held for child trafficking, which would lead to the Clinton's being found to be one of the key spokes in the global pedophilia and satanic ritual abuse and murder system that is now one of the most profitable of their criminal enterprises.
But let's get back to the clearly conflicted Robert Mueller, the guy who brought processed uranium to a tarmac meeting with the Russians. This guys is as corrupt as all of them, but wears it better behind a well pressed Wall Street lawyers outfit. Is there anyone out there who believes the official 9/11 storyline of the American government? If there are, following the revelations in the JFK files just released, where only the most lobotomized and ignorant citizen would not conclude the Deep State assassinated the President they were sworn to serve, the total bullshit government fabrication presented as the "truth" of the 9/11 massacre should raise new doubts? For the vast majority that know the government, the same Deep State, CIA/FBI and elite Military Industrial/Financial Cabal that murdered JFK, created what the neocons described in their timely publication less than a year prior in their Project for a New American Century report, as a new Pearl Harbor moment to spur America on to fight never-ending wars from which they have made billions upon billions and bankrupted the nation.
Who was head of the FBI at the time? Of course, it was Robert Mueller. Robert Mueller who is almost certain to have been in on the greatest crime committed on Americans by Americans in the nation's history. The blood on his hands still drips as he seeks to take down a President who is not a member of the esteemed club of psychopathic murdering, pedophile Satanist and treasonous thugs of which he is so much a part. I ask again, however: Will the American people rise up out of their consumerist, brainwashed lives and stop these beasts from continuing their unquenchable pursuit of power, control and immoral blood lust?
Paul Manafort and Rick Gates told to surrender to Mueller | Daily Mail Online
Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez said in a statement that the indictment 'underscores the seriousness of the investigation into Donald Trump’s ties to Russia. It’s time for Republicans to commit to protecting this investigation and preserving the rule of law.'
The indictment is purely focused on alleged financial crimes and does not include any charges related to the broader question that formed the basis of Mueller's investigation – whether Donald Trump's presidential campaign colluded with Russia to swing the 2016 election in his favor.
It describes criminal allegations that predate the Trump campaign; Trump's name is not mentioned in the 31-page document.
Do Mueller’s charges even have anything to do with the 2016 election? If not, he should resign.
By Robert Romano
By now you’ve received the “news” that the first charges have been filed in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s supposed of hacking the Democratic National Committee and John Podesta and, with the Trump campaign’s assistance, putting those emails on Wikileaks.
Oh wait. Those are not going to be the charges?
No, apparently, the charges might — emphasis on might since nobody knows — relate to financial transactions dating back to 2012 and 2013, to $17 million of loans dating back to former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort’s time as a political consultant in Ukraine.
Again, we don’t know. We’re only speculating based on the breathless reporting from CNN, Buzzfeed and others. But if that’s true, one has to ask. What about the 2016 election? What about the emails? Wikileaks? Collusion? No?
The fact that Mueller had to go back into time to find something else vaguely related to Russia — well, Ukraine does share a border with Russia, right? — should tell the establishment in Washington, D.C. what the rest of the political world already knows. That after a year of an FBI investigation and apparent surveillance by the former Obama administration of the Trump campaign and transition, carried through into the administration, there never was anything to the story about the Trump campaign coordinating any hack of the Democrats by Russia.
You can see their alibi shaping up, too. You see, Manafort had an ongoing investigation into his dealings in Ukraine dating back a decade when Trump hired him—which apparently wasn’t going anywhere—and then suddenly in 2016 it heated up again. Based on what new evidence, we wonder, besides the fact that Manafort was hired by Trump and subsequently appeared in the now-discredited Christopher Steele dossier?
What you have instead is a runaway special counsel in Mueller, whose apparent job was never to investigate a crime, but to find a crime — any crime would do — that could be pinned on former Trump campaign officials including Manafort.
