Corruption Metastasizes. The Clinton’s criminal syndicate has been operating in DC and the major corporate and financial centers for over 25 years and the network that they and all of the psychopathic minions caught in their evil web have been actively subverting the American political class, American morals and perhaps, more importantly, they have successfully desensitized the American public to not only their perversions, corruption and lawlessness, but that of the entire government and elite political class. It will not be easy dislodging the cancer that has infected almost every aspect of American civil society, it permeates every pore of our entire civilization. This is the stuff of total collapse.
So you see, my dear Coningsby, that the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.
—Benjamin Disraeli, first Prime Minister of England, in his book Coningsby
The case for government by elites is irrefutable. —Senator William Fulbright, former chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, stated at a 1963 symposium entitled: The Elite and the Electorate – Is Government by the People Possible?
The U.S. Army field manual* defines “the rule of law” as follows: “The rule of law refers to a principle of governance in which all persons, institutions and entities, public and private, including the State itself, are accountable to laws that are publicly promulgated, equally enforced, and independently adjudicated, and which are consistent with international human rights norms and standards. It requires, as well, measures to ensure adherence to the principles of supremacy of law, equality before the law, accountability to the law, fairness in the application of the law, separation of powers, participation in decision-making, legal certainty, avoidance of arbitrariness and procedural and legal transparency.”
Mueller and fake news charges against Manafort
By Jon Rappoport
Here we go. Special counsel Mueller and his team have filed the first federal charges against Trump-campaign officials Paul Manafort and Rick Gates.
CNN is running the headline: MANAFORT, GATES CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE US.
Other press outlets are following suit, emphasizing the “conspiracy against the US.”
CNN writes: “The indictment against the Manafort and Gates contains 12 counts: conspiracy against the United States, conspiracy to launder money, unregistered agent of a foreign principal, false and misleading US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) statements, false statements, and seven counts of failure to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts.”
—But here is the real takeaway, and of course MSM outlets are ignoring it: the conspiracy charge is a piece of federal boilerplate. Alongside the basket of other charges mentioned above, conspiracy is a general category that is tacked on. It isn’t a specific singular charge. It definitely isn’t “these two men conspired with Russia to hand Trump the election.”
In fact, CNN adds: “The charges do not cover any activities related to the campaign, though it’s possible Mueller could add additional charges.”
But when MSM outlets blare “conspiracy against the United States,” most readers and viewers will assume this does mean a charge of working with Russia to make Trump president.
It’s a nice little devious trick.
Of course, the Mueller indictments are also being used to blot out the Clinton Uranium One scandal and the Trump dirty dossier scandal, both of which involve the Clintons, and Mueller as well, since he was the head of the FBI when the Bureau discovered all sorts of corruption and bribery involving Russia’s nuclear industry, during Uranium One negotiations, and either failed to disclose the findings, or failed to use them to make an impact on Obama.
Today, it’s all about “conspiracy against the United States,” and the mainstream news audience who thinks and comprehends and talks in terms of vague generalities—like thirsty travelers in the desert spotting the mirage of an oasis.
“OH, CONSPIRACY AGAINST AMERICA, WELL THAT’S IT THEN, THEY NAILED THEM.”
That and $2.75 will get you a ride on the New York Subway.
Manafort’s Judge Was Obama & Hillary’s Top Pick for Supreme Court; Also is Relative of RINO & Anti-Trumper Paul Ryan —Truepundit.com
Why did GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan help get one of the fastest rising Democratic stars confirmed to the federal bench in D.C?
Ryan is related to Democrat super judge Ketanji Jackson and helped Hillary Clinton’s and Barack Obama’s top pick to replace the late-Antonin Scalia get confirmed to the federal bench. In fact, Ryan testified on her behalf during her confirmation hearings.
Jackson is now presiding over the Paul Manafort trial. And just how does the GOP Speaker of the House Ryan go to bat for one the the fastest rising Democratic stars in the federal judiciary, helping her get confirmed?
The Swamp runs deep, folks.
Ryan, a chronic and vocal critic of President Donald Trump, now has a hand in the trial of Trump’s former campaign manager, Manafort who was indicted Monday on a string of charges stemming from U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into supposed Russian collusion.
Imagine the conversations during Ryan family holiday gatherings when the Speaker sits down with Judge Jackson to shoot the breeze about Manafort and Trump.
Swamp talk is always better after a few martinis.
Jackson married Patrick G. Jackson, who is related by marriage to Paul Ryan. Jackson’s husband is the twin brother of Ryan’s brother-in-law. Paul Ryan’s wife’s sister Dana’s husband’s twin brother is married to Jackson.
Confused yet? The Swamp will do that to you, no doubt.
Ryan’s wife Janna is a heavy Democrat operative and lobbyist with many ties to Hillary and many elite Democrats in D.C.
Toss this into the mix published last year from ABC News:
Ryan even testified on Brown’s (Jackson’s) behalf when she was nominated to the district court in 2012, offering his “unequivocal” endorsement of her qualifications in recommending her for the bench.
“Our politics may differ, but my praise for Ketanji’s intellect, for her character, for her integrity is unequivocal,” Ryan said at her December 2012 nomination hearing. “She’s an amazing person, and I favorably recommend her consideration.”
“We’re family, by marriage,” Ryan explained in the 2012 hearing. “Her brother and sister-in-law, who are my brother and sister-in-law, William and Dana Jackson, are here with us as well today.”
Ryan’s office would not comment on whether the House Speaker would support Jackson if President Obama chose her as a Supreme Court nominee but pointed to Ryan’s previous comments on replacing the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
The Clinton cartel have their fingers everywhere. Know that.
