Regional or widespread war, terrorism, cyber attacks, etc., are all useful vehicles to conjure mass confusion, and can also be used as scapegoats for the eventual downfall of our economy. That said, a viral pandemic truly surpasses them all in effectiveness. All other tragedies could easily be tied to the first “domino” or “linchpin” (as Rand Corporation calls it) of Ebola transmission, but the strategy goes deeper than this.
This is an incredibly useful strategy when used on the ignorant. And as I pointed out last week in my column, “U.S. government fails to stop yet another invasion,” it’s a sad fact that most of the people you meet in this life are fundamentally and functionally ignorant.
So I believe the spread of Ebola may be desired by certain power brokers. Here’s why.
It’s the perfect cover event
Obama Infected America With Republican Blessing | The Daily Rant
We are being lied to on a massive scale pursuant to the outbreak of deadly infectious diseases, and not surprisingly, most of the public believes the lies. There is a pandemic of misinformation and outright lies coming from the Obama administration and a contumacious Republican Party, along with a complicit mainstream media.
How many more opportunities do we give Obama to destroy America? Are we going to allow Karl Rove, John Boehner, et al, who are working in concert with Obama, to turn America into one big FEMA camp of disease ridden people?
We are being placed in eminent peril by the floods of disease-carrying illegal aliens flooding our shores. These illegal aliens are not the rich and learned. They are the dregs of their countries of origin. I’ve been to third world countries and I’m not speaking of going to the resort areas. Specific to that point, I can tell you that the poor and illiterate in those countries live in a way that is antithetical to any reasonable form of hygiene found here. And they bring the same nonexistent patterns of hygiene to America in addition to disease.
GENEVA (AP) — The death rate in the Ebola outbreak has risen to 70 percent and there could be up to 10,000 new cases a week in two months, the World Health Organization warned Tuesday.
WHO assistant director-general Dr. Bruce Aylward gave the grim figures during a news conference in Geneva. Previously, WHO had estimated the death rate at around 50 percent.
Aylward said the 70 percent death rate was “a high mortality disease” in any circumstance and that the U.N. health agency was still focused on trying to get sick people isolated and provide treatment as early as possible.
He told reporters that if the world’s response to the Ebola crisis isn’t stepped up within 60 days, “a lot more people will die” and there will be a huge need to deal with the spiraling numbers of cases.
For the last four weeks, there’s been about 1,000 new cases per week — including suspected, confirmed and probable cases, he said, adding that the U.N. health agency is aiming to get 70 percent of cases isolated within two months to reverse the outbreak.
WHO increased its Ebola death toll tally to 4,447 people on Tuesday, nearly all of them in West Africa, from 8,914 cases.
